Quantum University - Admission 2025, Fees, Courses, Placement, Ranking

The university provides its students with scholarships. These Quantum University scholarshipsare evaluated and categorized under three heads – based on the: - 

1. Q-care exam, 
2. JEE rank, and 
3. boards marks.

• Q-Care: -

Quantum University conducts the Q-Care exam for candidates seeking admission in around 55+ programs. A candidate who can score the required marks has around 50% of their tuition fees covered under the scholarship.  Quantum University Roorkee scholarships range around Rs. 10,000 – 30,000 and is given based on the marks achieved in the Q-Care exam. 

• JEE Rank: -

The university provides scholarships to candidates having an excellent JEE rank but facing financial insecurity. Depending on the rank, a certain percentage of the tuition fee is waived.

• Board Exams: -

Candidates who do not give the Q-Care exam but have an exceptional score in the board exam can avail themselves of scholarships under this head. QU Scholarships range between Rs. 10,000- Rs. 20,000, depending on the marks got.

Admissions to the various courses at the university are based on merit as well as the scores of entrance exams. The application process can be carried out in 3 ways, namely, online, offline, and, one-to-one. The various steps for the Quantum University admission process are given below.

Online Method

Step 1: Visit the official website of the university which is quantumuniversity.edu.in.

Step 2: Register yourself as a fresh applicant by entering details like name, email address, mobile number, etc. 

Step 3: Fill out the detailed application form for Quantum University admission 2024. 

Step 4: Pay the application fee of Rs 1,000 via Debit card or Credit card.

Step 5: Click on ‘Submit’ and take a printout of the application form for future reference.

Offline Method

Step 1: Visit the official website quantumuniversity.edu.in and go to the ‘Admission’ section on this page.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Offline Admission’ section on this page.

Step 3: The Quantum University admission form will be available for download in this section. Download the form and fill it out with all details like academic details, personal details, etc. 

Step 4: Make a DD of Rs 1,000 in the name of ‘Quantum University’ and payable at Dehradun.

One-to-One Method

Step 1: Make a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1,000 in favour of ‘Quantum University’ and payable at Dehradun.

Step 2: Visit the university campus or any of the Admission Offices of the university.

Step 3: Deposit the DD along with the application form forQuantum University course admissions.

• Big Brands Research has named Quantum University the "Most Promising Engineering College in North India."
• Dewang Mehta National Education Awards, Mumbai has conferred Quantum School of Business as "Business School that Encourages Leadership as a Part of the Curriculum."
• Quantum University has also received many awards. Among them two such noteworthy awards are mentioned below: -

1. Quantum School of Technology was awarded for "Excellence in Innovative Education and Placements. The award was conferred by Uttarakhand Technical University and Ex-Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Shri Harsh Rawatji.
2. Quantum University was also awarded by Academic Brands Academy Education Excellence Award. In addition, it was awarded the "Best Private Engineering College in North India." Shri Vishwanathan Anand conferred the accolade.

There are several Quantum University clubs that the students can join to develop their personalities and get exposure. The examples are -

• Pahal – The Social Club: The members of this club do some commendable social work for the nearby villages. This club is ideal for Quantum University students who like to participate in social activities. The members of this club are actively involved in

• Spartans – The Sports Club: Students who are interested in sports, can join this club. Quantum University's Sports Club is an exuberant group assisted by a Sports Officer. The Sports Club has been bestowed to organize sports events involving other colleges. It also ensures that deserving Quantum University students participate in inter-collegiate and inter-state competitions. The university has huge playgrounds perfect for playing outdoor sports such as

• Quantum Cultural Club: The members of Quantum University promote an artistic spirit on the university campus. They participate in several cultural fests and events of the college.

• Q-Encore- The Music Club: This club nourishes its talent for students of Quantum University interested in singing or music. The university is equipped with soundproof and well-decorated music rooms. Several musical instruments such as 

1. harmonium, 
2. guitar, 
3. synthesizer, 
4. drums, and 
5. table is also available. The Music Club trains its members with a lot of enthusiasm and seriousness. Many of them have represented the University in inter-college fests and won accolades.

• Quantum Dance Club: The students who possess a talent for dancing can enrol in the Quantum dance club. The club boasts an exceptional faculty trained in classical and western dance forms. 

Several contests are held within the club to enhance the dancing skills of the members. Workshops are also conducted to give the students the maximum level of exposure possible. The club members are continuously encouraged to participate in competitions and events.

• Quantum Creative Arts Club: The students who have a creative bend of mind and are good at the art at this university should join the Quantum Creative Arts Club. 

The club is responsible for instilling an artistic environment in the college. They also help their members to bring out their inner potential for creativity. The club makes it a point to unite its members and organize several wall paintings, paintings, graffiti art, and other art forms.

The events that take place at Quantum University are the following: -

• Quantum Darohar: The annual function of cultural and academic activities within the Quantum University campus.
• GLITZ: A cultural fest of Quantum University that allows students to showcase their talent in music, dance, theatrics, and any other form of performing arts.
• UDAAN: It is a sports fest held for the students of Quantum University.
• OJAS: This is the annual management fest that takes place within the campus of Quantum University.
